ITR 2 - For Individuals and HUF not having business income
ITR 3 - For individuals/huf who are partners in a firm and not having any other business in a partnership firm

Good news to PE II students
This is to inform that all the PE II students who have passed their exams and are registered under the new final syllabus are now allowed to take their exams 12 months prior to the end of their articleship. This means that , PE II passed out students can write their exam after two years of their registration as a articled clerks.
Flash Flash
The institute in its official announcement has declared that students who has not exhausted their complete attempts can write their PE II exams untill May 2009. This should mean that all the PE II students will get additional two attempts . ALL THE BEST .
